Within the game of Golf, most golfers are told that loss of distance is just an “age” thing. That clearly doesn’t tell the whole story and should not be your conclusion.

Loss of driving distance can be the result of

  • Loss of strength
  • Loss of range of motion
  • Or a combination of both.

This loss of motion or strength also contributes to lower back pain, the most common pain issue experienced by golfers.

TBR identifies movement issues from work/life demands, creating a tailored program for optimal performance, and addressing strength and pain concerns.

During our initial evaluation, your TBR Body Coach will perform a movement and swing analysis to identify any swing deficiencies.

Swing limitations lead to faults like swaying, sliding, over-the-top moves, early extension, and posture loss.

Our objective is to pinpoint the root cause of your swing fault and develop a tailored plan to address these specific limitations.

With a blend of flexibility, mobility, and strength exercises, we aim to optimize your performance, enabling you to enjoy your favorite activities for a longer duration.

A Golf Swing Coach tailors instruction to your physical limitations, while a TBR Body Coach aims to address and correct those limitations for enhanced movement, confident swings, and pain-free play.
